Overview
Obatayo Aina is a Senior Associate/ Head of Department with the firm. He has over 13 years out of his 15years of legal practice in shipping matters and has appeared in superior courts in Nigeria.
Since joining the firm in 2007, Obatayo has acquired considerable experience in commercial litigations with a particular interest in shipping, aviation, as well as corporate commercial law.
He also has considerable knowledge of energy resources law. Obatayo managed the firm’s activities as a Resident Solicitor in Port Harcourt, Rivers State for about 10years before returning to the head offices in Lagos.
Obatayo’s vast knowledge, key insights and understanding of complex areas of law makes him an invaluable member of the firm.
