Locally, the firm has acted and still acts for several vessel owners, managers and/or operators and are regularly consulted by the Association of Nigerian Ship Owners and Banks in the preparation and perfection of Ship Mortgages, Purchases, Registration, etc.
In the last few years, we have expanded our practice to Oil and Gas, Banking and Commercial/Company matters for our clients, which include preparation of various agreements between them and third parties, prosecution and defence of their claims, company incorporation and secretariat services, etc.
